The quest puts property seekers on a guided discovery journey through exploring up to seven featured private condominium projects. PropertyGuru is giving away more than $70,000 in prizes, including a $50,000 grand prize. What properties are part of my quest(s)?

We offer 2 curated quest sets for you to select from:

Am I still eligible to win the grand prizes if I have won the $500 bonus prize?

Yes! You will still be eligible to win the top three prizes even after you have won the $500 bonus prize. Simply be the first 10 participants to complete the quest to win the bonus prize of $500.

What is considered as a completed quest?

A quest is considered complete when you have visited all the properties in your selected quest and purchased one of them. You may visit properties from both preset quests, but for a quest to be considered ‘completed’, you must view all the properties from one entire quest set and purchase a property from the same quest set.

When will the contest end and how do I submit my quest once completed?

After completing your quest, simply fill up the submission form by 15 February 2024, 2359hrs to be eligible to win $50,000 towards your dream home!

How many times can I submit my quest once completed?

Each quest submission requires you to submit your Option To Purchase (OTP) serial number and each unique OTP serial number can only be submitted once. For verification purposes, please ensure to use the same registration name as per the name in the Option To Purchase. All winners must provide their Sales and Purchase Agreement for verification when claiming their prize.

I've bought multiple units. Can I submit more than once?

Absolutely. Each unique Option To Purchase (OTP) serial number can be submitted once, provided you've completed the full quest.

I visited all the properties in my quest, but need more time for my purchase decision. Can I still participate in The Grand Property Quest without an Option To Purchase?

Unfortunately, we only recognise submission with a valid Option To Purchase. Please ensure that you submit your Option To Purchase by 15 February 2024, 2359hrs.

I visited all the properties in my quest, but prefer another property (not in your list) and bought that instead. Am I still eligible to participate?

Congratulations on your new home! However, we only recognize purchases from our curated property list.

How do I know if I am a winner of The Grand Property Quest?

Stay tuned. Winners for The Grand Property Quest will be selected randomly from the pool of submissions on 28 March 2024. The winners of the Prize Draw will be announced by 8 May 2024 on PropertyGuru Facebook and Instagram. All winners will be required to produce their Sales and Purchase Agreement for verification purposes.

As a winner, when and how will I get the prize from the Prize Draw?

Prizes will be transferred to the winner's bank account within 45 days from 10 May 2024.

I can’t check in to a property. Why?

You can only check in when you're within the featured property's compound as the check-in feature is location-based.

How do I enable my location services:

Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Go to Privacy and Security
Step 3: Select Location Services
Step 4: Select the browser you are using
Step 5: Select ’While using the App’
Step 6: Refresh your browser and select ‘Allow’

I have enabled my location services, why can’t I check in?

Oops! It seems like your browser may have recognised your default setting to automatically disable your location services for selected web pages. To resolve this: Within your browser, click on more or your browser settings, click on site settings, click on locations under ‘permissions’ section, select the grand property quest site ( under the blocked web pages section and select ‘Allow’.

I'm unable to check out from a property.

You are allowed to check out 45 minutes after checking in, and it's essential to be on-site since the feature is location-based. If you still face issues checking out even after refreshing your browser following the 45-minute duration, kindly contact our customer service through email.

I have left the property and have forgotten to check out.

You are only able to check out of a property when you are within the property compound. For assistance, please contact our customer service email.


Why should I allow location services, is it safe?

Absolutely. We don't store your location. Turning on location services only helps you check in and out of the featured properties, during your quest.

I already have a PropertyGuru account, do i still need to create a new one?
